She wasn't the one questioned! The Japanese look younger, and Shawn is almost a bit shorter. Will the Americans stop complaining because they lost?

1. chinese artistic athletes are put on strict diets from a very young age, stunting their growth.
2. the chinese gymnasts are on average 3.5in shorter than the usa gymnasts. if you check growth charts, the average chinese woman is 3.8in shorter than the average american woman. so it sounds reasonable.
4. chinese girls look younger than american girls anyway
5. in regional competition, chinese athletes sometimes say they're YOUNGER, which explains document discrepancies

Deng's age was never scrutinized! They NEVER found any information saying she was underage. They found it for other girls, but not Deng. So please, check your facts. And they also did not have a forensic scientist check their teeth... So again, get your facts straight before you insult someone!

Deng Linlin was my favorite gymnast from the Chinese team.
BTW, anyone saying she's underage should know that she wasn't even under investigation :/
