Yup, you guys sure take credit cards, o wait... two years later and you still dont. You cannot even set appointments online. Get with the times.

Problem is you can't APPLY for anything online. Other states have this service.
Also you tell people not to come in on Saturday but fail to note that people work M-F 8-5 and it's extremely inconvenient to come in any other day but Saturday. Seems to me that you need to beef up onine and non-office servicing so that you can get more people served Saturdays.
