yeah it is. sonatas consist of 3 movements and occasionally have variations on any given movement This sonata has a first movement which is the "tema" Mozart wrote 6 variations on this theme and they are considered to be part of the first movement. the second movement the menuetto is this one. Lastly the third movement is the famous "Rondo alla Turca" (turkish rondo). so yes this is the second movement of Mozarts Piano sonata No. 11. Hope that helps and I am not just babbling :)
