  • dude she would be great at rythmic. i think she needs to more stuff than just twisting (besides double front) even though shes good at it

  • i agree... i think if she upgrades her floor (by adding like a double pike aka more than twisting and taking out of of her twising passes) and upgraded her vault to like a double twist then she would be like the total package!!!

  • i know! she has a really pretty line that she got from her mom who did rhythmic

  • Exhausting routine!

  • She also did balle and ballets have very nice lines and are flexible which she is obviously . Im glad she added a double somersault in because her other passes before hand were twisting but gorgeous!!!

  • i wish she kept that illusion on floor. :P

  • why doesn't she still do backflips?

  • @Missnewyork28 the choreography's not the exact same. i think she'd just gotten this routine for this competition...like she'd just learned it which could explain why it was a bit, iffy in some places i suppose. i do know that it was in 2006 when she switched her music to the dark eyes song for her floor routines though.

  • WOW, I can't believe she didn't even change of routine for the games...Same tumbling, same choregraphy.....

  • @gymnasticsbabie double pike and 2.5 twist = same difficulty

  • that double front is amazing!

  • nastia is a twister not a tumbler

  • well actually, a 2 1/2 twist has the same difficulty as a double pike so it wouldnt really matter. because she does have the great dance, her routine is worth more than some people would expect.

  • the yellow flag is to indicate to the judges that she stepped out of bounds and as for her hair its probably so it doesnt get in her face whilst shes doing her routine because it can be distracting whilst your doing you routine

  • 1 what does the yellow flag mean? 2. she has freakin long legs and 3. why does her hair have to be perfectly pined back?
