Games Workshops IP Politics have forbidden the release of the film. Also, there is the german copyright law which makes the release of the film impossible for Games Workshop, because GW would lose intellectual property of their own setting.

@StCircus Not really Nazis.. similar, sure, but God has literally walked among them (albeit 10,000 in the past) and told them that the humans are the race that should dominate the universe. I'd call them more like Crusaders than Nazis.

Yeah, I posted this before reading into the Horus Heresy series and getting some actual 'truths' about what happened (albeit still very vague). That said, as far as they were concerned in the 40th millennium he was God which is the part that matters. I'm not sure how the Lecticio divitatus took off as it did though since it was pretty explicit with the whole Logar thing that the Emperor is not a God. Still waiting for the Horus part of the Heresy too...

@xfx1118 The Emperor is not a god. He is a man who became more than any of his peers ever dared try, and he was given knowledge and power beyond normal means, and though he may be the collective, single beacon of hope to humanity against the blights of Xenos and Chaos, he is no god.

@SnakeOnAPlane Lol, than you are faar from thurth, I would shit myself scared to live in that world, all my concern is simply about motion picture fashion we got nowdays and which enforces to present humanity as valiant, tolerant guyardians of democracy and peace:Star trek, SG, Farscape etc

And I'd never say that it's a parody of modern day xenhophobia, i'd say that nowdays we lie to ourselves that (at least in TV) we are more tolerant than in Reality, which is kinda a parody of utopian paradise
