I've been riding unicycle for about 5 months.

I don't think I've ever heard anyone say they found it easier to ride than they thought. I found it way easier on smooth concrete than grass, btw.

I find it pretty easy, considering I easily free mounted it on my first try. I just need to get a skinny tire, so I can not hurt the sides of my legs. Also I'm sure it would help because I wouldn't have the rubber stopping the wheel when it hits my leg.
