The Germans should not have fought citadel but an out flanking battle and avoid the trap The Russians couldn't travel east and the couldn't move 20,000 guns and mines, etc .easily

@ikkoikki There are plenty of historians like David Glanz who don't think the land lease made that much of difference ..and I agree looking at the date's and numbers. Another hand if it wasn't for America's assistance building SU factories long before the war ..SU would have been finished. That and American kept the Japanese busy.

So yeah America and SU basically saved us.

I think personally if not for America and the Soviets Hitler would have won world war 2. Im not trying to diminish the contribution from Canada, britain or Austrailia. But look at the facts the Americans supplied tons of weapons and economic assistance to the Soviets and the Americans fought epic battles as well like in the Ardenes and on D Day.

Instead of USA, the stamp on the soviet weapons should have read, "these weapons brought to you by capitalism"
