Backwards Compatibility For The Win !

- Xbox Version Of Marvel Vs. Capcom 2
- Played On An Xbox 360
- WTF!?

Ok since MvC 2 has been announced for the XBLA & PSN I decided to pop in my Xbox version to get practice in. So instead of plugging in my original Xbox I just popped it in my 360, and yea this is what happened...

Choppy Sprites, Slowdowns!? I thought this was backwards compatible, not unplayable! The only good news is I played this with my Street Fighter IV arcade stick, and it worked really well. I tweaked the button configuration a bit, but after that it was great.

Well guess i just gotta wait till this summer for the XBLA version

You can get it by using a USB thumbdrive with whatever picture you want as a BG, I think the go to hell gamerpic is a Dante's Inferno one.

how did you get that dashboard theme at the beginning? thats awesome! also if anyone know how to get the gamerpicture that says go to hell that would be cool to know.....

@thenewmc2 theres LOTS of reasons some people would want to play old games. they probably would have a favorite LAST GEN game that they will never get over, or fell in love with. OR, their ps2/ GC/xbox probably broke down on them also.

Some PS3 models have back compatibility, but why would you even buy a new gen console just to play old games. If you wanna play PS2./Xbox./GCN just use that console.

cant say i ever noticed slow down but the broken sprites pissed me off! I made a video on this as well!

I just tried this out 5 min ago what a load of shit! Can't believe the backwards compatibility is this bad.The thing I hate the most once you pop the game in and down load the update(because without it you cant play the game ) from xbl the file is forever stuck in your library even if you delete the game file from the hard drive/mu.They (xbl)know its shitty so they make you buy the down load.F#@%ers.Oh well at least I got the hard copy of this game and an xbox 1.
