I don't understand why the government is so convinced that people cannot make choices. If it is legalized, it's not a law that you HAVE to do it. One of the most pathetic reasons it's illegal is because the government is paranoid that people are going to have a "bad reaction" (which is highly unlikely, disregarding people with asthma), and blame the government. It's just like that lawsuit where the girl ate too many mcdonald's burgers and sued the place for becoming fat.

people often cite the fact that while people that stoners tend to smoke less joints per day than cigarette smokers, there is more tar in cannabis. however, people often cite the "fact" that mj is inhaled deeper and held longer. i beg to differ: THC is absorbed into your bloodstream after 3-5 seconds, which seems to be the same amount of time it takes for a cigarette smoker to inhale/exhale. what is inhaling "deeper"?! i've this topic approached from this angle: feedback would be appreciated.
