VIOLENT PLAYGROUND -STARVATION ARMY & NEVER THE BRIGHT LIGHT

THIS PERFORMANCE WAS FROM THE FIRST EVER NU107's ROCK AWARDS IN 1996. I DON'T KNOW IF THEY WON AN AWARD OR NOT, BUT ANYWAYS, THEY'RE THE WINNER TO ME.
They're the very underrated band here in the Philippines. They've been around since the mid-80's. They contributed 2 songs for the "10 of another kind" compilation which was Never the bright lights and tupperware party. RJ Oca (vox)was still not in the band at that time.

Their first LP entitled "Primordial Soup" featured 11 tracks on the album, which includes killer tracks such as Change, Tagalog Song #1, never the bright lights (re-recorded) and many more. the first single was Starvation Army, it had a heavy rotation on NU107's playlist circa 95-97.

Since Buddy came in the Dawn, they haven't made any original song. All they've done is to mess up their classics and a glossy music video ot The Police cover. How sad!!

Under Blue Skies is a name of a band and their song is entitled "Falling" also included on the 10 of another kind compilation.
