Alekhine Defense #4: Kasparov-Palatnik (1978)

Kasparov shuts out all counterplay in the Modern Variation of the Alekhine Defense, and positionally crushes his opponent. The weak color complex in the fianchetto variation is something to be aware of. If Black can't undermine the White pawn chain, then what is his bishop on G7 doing?
