The US House had general speeches on Tuesday evening, July 11th, 2011. Rep. James Lankford of Oklahoma championed hydraluec fractiuring aka "fracking".
I've heard politicians discuss it before but I've never quite heard anyone brag "we have fracked 100,000 times in Oklahoma" before.
Either the intern who wrote the talking points is having a giggle or that is a hilarious/embarrassing coincidence.
Rep Duncan suggests they may have hearings in the future about "fracking".
Clip was made from Cspan archive stream from July 11. circa 7:30pm

While the meanings of "frak" and "frack" together can be giggle worthy. "Fracking" and it's environmental impact is not .
Note: Mr Duncan and Mr Lankford don't seem to be in agreement if this is a "new" technology.
lol stop freaking near drinking water! That's disgusting!
