@donjojohannes I just wanted to say, that as a Catholic, it is very refreshing and hopeful to see someone take the time to present the truth with love, especially on youtube. You're efforts do not go unnoticed, in this life or the next. Peace!

Nice that you shared the name of this book. I recently became an apologetic, amazed to see some former protestants pastors like Scot Hahn, timstaples speak about the catholic church and defend it just through scripture...Please do share more pointers to others resources as well so that we can defend His church.

@AspiringPotato What is an imam?
-
An imam could reason the same.

@AspiringPotato Sry to disapoint you but your the one who is thirsty for that s word, "Whoever opposes the bishop does in reality serve the devil" ~ St Ignatius 30-107 A.D., taught and ordained by the apostles face to face.

The Catholic church is thirsty for something that lies within all men. It starts with an s. It isn't souls.

@donjojohannes, read Revelations 17, it talks about the catholic church. Blessings to you. And may the holy spirit lead you away from man made doctrines. VISIT THIS VIDEO: (ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH:FROM HELL)
@donjojohannes, Many catholics think that when thess 2:15 says living community, then right away they think its the catholic church simply because it came right after Christ's church( his apostle, the church is the people not the building). Although my question is, ''the catholic church follow his commandments? which is why put my question on my last comment. I dont want a book, i want you to answer the question. Plz atleast try, for i assure you will learn more about the truths of your faith.

I'm confused. Could it be you did not even look up 2 Thess 2:15? Please do! For it speaks of that which is handed on by word (preaching of the apostles) next to the things transmitted in writing. Thus the bible rejects sola scriptura outright (quite apart from the fact that historically it is a bogus idea) And as a baptist you should too, for you believe in the Trinity, right? to be continued....

part 2.... Now the Trinity might be a truth of the bible - mind you the word does not appear in it! - but how the word and doctrine is understood comes from the first councils of the church. So as a baptist you should be critical of sola scriptura because you are not true to it (but this is where the whole of protestantism went wrong anyway).
Why do I recommend a book? - Because youtube gives be me 500 characters and I want to give you more than 400 pages (only scripture verses!!).

To all catholics ( BIBLE VERSE ONLY)
Indulgence and perguratory:
Baptising infants:
Knelling Down to Saints:
Praying for the dead:
Confessing your sins to the priest:
7 capital sins:
In this order, (BIBLE VERSE ONLY) no explanations. For explanation comes from man while the Bible comes from God.

I fear your premise is faulty. There is one verse that you should be looking at: 2 Thess 2:15. What does it mean that Christ founded a living communion (handing on also what they received by "spoken word" as in 2 Thess 2:15). But while you have an error in your premise, I will still indulge you and give you more than 400 pages of bible passages (just verses, no arguments) on your topics of choice: Dave Armstrong: "Bible Proofs for Catholic Truths". Search the title on amazon.

Dear viewers. While I'm impressed that the last few hours left this clip with some 50+ new comments, I do think theology and its history do not fit within the 500 character limit of youtube. I encourage bible fundamentalists to study the bible: 2 Thess 2:15 and contemplate what it means that Christ founded a living communion (handing on what they received by "spoken word") rather than writing a book. Catholics I encourage to be ever more charitable, for truth w/o charity is hard to accept
