Why does all his work seem, uhmm...so familiar. Because it's in my DNA! Fvorite is Nicole Conte's "Arabesque" montage. Excellent! Excellent! and again Excellent!
I love his work! I saw a piece up close in an exhibition in Bristol in the UK. I would love to know how he gets those clean sharp lines in his work. Anybody got any ideas? Is it tape, or just a steady hand?
I love Shag's work. I didn't realize that the douche-of-life Patton Oswalt was into him, so that makes it a bit less cool, but Shag's still incredible.
I first saw his stuff on "The Lowdown on Lowbrow." Lots of cool stuff in that documentary, but his was by far my favorite.
"Chick Habit" by April March. It's available on her CD of the same name as well as the soundtrack to Quentin Tarantino's "Death Proof" (along with a lot of other great songs from a wide variety of styles).
@mariojac Weird, me too! Maybe we're related?!
