took me 3 full months to make a queen size quilt my very first all by hand. I just wanted to see if i could do it just all scraps and did it my way no pattern no one telling me how all the old ways sew sew when it's done it's done it keeps ya warm .

I am a "learn on your own" type too. I value the freedom to make quilts in whatever way moves me. Glad to hear from you.

What an awesome video! I love quilts, my grandmother made them all the time, but no machine! (s l o w). The quilt is beautiful, and I found the longarm machine fascinating. Its good you don't use cnc, manually controlling the stitching rocks!
