Very bad interview skills. They tell you almost straight away when you're learning, that you do not interupt your people. If you have to direct the interview, you need to find ways to do it more gently and tactfully.

Yea there are studies that healthy vegan diets lower c reactive protein markers which means slower aging. Just google vegan diet and IGF-1
