I was extremely saddened that Judge Loretta Preska sentenced Fahad Hashmi on June 8 to 15 years in federal prison, the maximum for the one count he pleaded guilty to, aiding terrorism, by allowing a friend to store at his apartment in London a sack of sox and parkas that he admitted knowing would help opponents of US imperialism in the Mid-East. Preska's inappropriately harsh sentencing for a trifle is disgraceful. The perversion of the term, "terrorism" is a telling sign of US degeneration.

your right sometimes it is that simple, but beyond simply killing Muslims, western backed governments are fed millions of dollars in military aid to suppress the masses which call for a return to the Islamic state Sharia which governed muslims for over 1400 years, which provided security for both non muslims and muslims alike, distributed wealth evenly and son.

The US does promote, support, and install regimes that are "friendly" to US interests, foreign policy objectives, corporations, military aggression, rather than serve their masses and their wishes. That does cause people to want to fight back at the evil Empire the US has become.
