I have always wondered how he ended up sounding like this. All I can figure is that, somewhere in Warren County, in a cut-out bin, was a copy of "No. 1 Record". One day, this child prodigy country singer bought it for a couple of dollars or something. Then again, Bill Lloyd seems pretty bright, a musician with his "ear to the ground" living near the Tennessee border. Either way, it's pretty odd for a kid from Western KEntucky to sound like this. I LOVE THIS SONG!!
