Alex Harrison (also know as Alex Warble) is a graduate of Memphis College of Art and works as an independent artist creating everything from wall murals to sketches and t-shirts. His unique style of illustration and painting can be seen all over the city from the Hi-Tone Cafe in Midtown to Beale Street. Alex is also the front man and founding member of the band The Warble, which was recently featured on Flipsdie Memphis, premiering alongside "$5 Cover" on MTV.com.

You can check out some of Alex Harrison's work in the new edition of the Memphis Flyer (coming out Oct. 1), The "Best of Memphis" issue has featured cover art by Alex two years in a row.

You can catch live performances of The Warble on Oct. 3rd at Newby's and on Oct. 31st at the Warble House (on Howthorne just north of Poplar).
