@eljeffegooner18 A-Rod has been moved to the midfield after struggling at forward. They need to play in a 4-2-2 system instead of a 4-5-1 to get Alex starting up top with Abby. Otherwise they'll continue to use her as a second half sub. Either way she is the striker of the future for the USWNT.

Great game, USA. Let's put to rest the talk about the last World Cup. I know it still stings a lot of us, especially since we outplayed Japan pretty much the entire game, but Japan gutted out that win and, as an American, I can only respect that effort and result. I wouldn't put money on them beating us again, though. Alex Morgan on beast mode, for sure, but Abby is a menace of giant proportions. Go USA!
