Trolls!

A misguided and probably counter-productive rant about internet trolls and their lack of point. It was supposed to be "how to deal with them" but on reflection the best way to deal with them is to ignore tham entirely and not make any videos about them!

A troll doesn't usually have to end up insulting people. A troll specifically sets out to cause trouble, but usually by offering an opinion or statement which they know will cause debate. Insulting someone means they're just idiots.

@Priestofbabalon well if they are just up for a reasonable debate then even opposing points of view can be valid - it's when it's unreasonable or just meant to hurt or bait that it becomes trolling!

I like the fact that you can do a monologue without umming and aahing, and doing that awful jumpcut thing that seems to plague youtube. PS - I reckon you look a bit like Davina! (Especially in the "First Snow" icon to the right of this vid!)

PS: I think you have a perfectly nice nose; an example of Mother Nature at her finest. It's nose that couldn't be improved upon by a team of the most skilled of plastic surgeons with nothing else to do for the rest of the day and an unlimited budget. SMUH-ACK! There's a nice big fat kiss for your nose. I'd take your nose out for dinner if I didn't think the rest of you would get jeolous. And I would leave a big tip. No, wait... that didn't come out right.

Ahh trolls. But the sad thing is, trolls just troll and keep trolling. Studying the behavior of trolls they love to feed of hate and our irritation. Some people troll 24-7. It really un-healthy thats what it is. Trolling can be fun, but some people need to know their limits. It's a really un-healthy habit, and they need to either get a hobby, or just troll RIGHT. Only few know how to troll.

I've been trolled before, I thought their efforts were amateurish and pitiful. Doesn't mean I didn't get mad at the time (that's their point after all), but I think about the amount of time they spent composing sarcastic imitations of my work, and how they could have put the same effort into creating something of their own, and I just feel sorry for them.
