Israeli Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni spews hate propaganda on Meet The Press on 12/28/08. There was no opposing speaker on the show, just a feeble and ignorant David Gregory.

You may notice that she never includes Israeli government actions as she recounts the history of aggression. It's as if Israel has never done anything wrong or vile to the Palestinians. They Israeli government always uses this technique. They never recount anything egregious by their side.

Just like any fascist-at-heart, she can't even talk about Palestinians with any compassionate emotions when she talks about their civilian deaths. All she can do is freak out at being asked to care about them.

Livni easily calls Hamas a "designated terrorist group," but it is only because the designation excludes nations from being labeled terrorist groups that Israel isn't a "designated terrorist group" herself.

But that doesn't mean that Israel isn't one of the world's worst terrorist states. Even any cursory reading of history proves that beyond any doubt. But it's the Emperor's New Clothes all over again when it comes to the Democrats' and the Republicans' depictions of israeli terrorism.

For decades now, I have always shuddered whenever I've heard news of Israel shooting missiles into neighborhoods or apartment buildings to kill terrorists. But aren't they acting as terrorists of innocent residents of these Palestinian neighborhoods or apartments? Well, the Israeli government doesn't want us to think about that. It only wants us to think about its own victims. No one else counts for anything.

But I think about how utterly horrifying and unacceptable it would be to send missiles into Oakland, CA to kill gang murderers or "al-Qaeda-linked terrorists." That's not how you capture murderers or terrorists in humane and civilized countries: by blowing up their neighborhoods! I don't see how it has any more moral warrant to bomb neighborhoods in the occupied territories to kill murderers of israeli citizens.

This kind of collective punishment is abhorrent and criminal mass murder.

And of course it is profoundly ironic that it was Bush's & the Israeli government's planned democracy for Palestine that elected Hamas to power in Gaza in 2006 in the first place. So much for democracy when it's inconvenient for the American Empire and its client state Israel.
