this one thing i LOVE about this game is the death of the LEADER no longer results in a :GAME OVER. that KILLED me in the 1st one sooo much i was almost regeting buying just for that but i still beat it lol.

What's funny is that I'd probably have more fun playing Chrono Trigger over again than play FFXIII-2. Sure, they fixed a few things, but it's battle system is still based heavily on looking at the enemy's weaknesses before pressing autoattack over and over. I "may" get it because I heard it doesn't have a 30 hour prologue before they set you loose, but that won't be until the game drops so low that I buy it on a whim of boredom.

no,thats an action rpg..final fantasy should be final fantasy...classic turn based j-rpg..they already changed it so damn much that it doesnt even feel like final fantasy anymore.

but i bet you're gonna love final fantasy 13versus if runing around,ducking and dodging is your thing..

When FF13 was first announced Lightning was to be the only character and the battle system looked very interesting and was far more tactical. I always wondered why they scrapped that. It would've been a much better game. Look up the original trailers if you don't remember it.
