  • Bull S##t the niagara bar on Lake Ontario is the best...

  • @sparky66655 I agree, especially once the Lakers have finished spawning in the Niagara River and pile-up on the bar and feed like crazy. One of my favorite months to fish them there is January!...God bels syou, Italo

  • @DuckKiller1327 Thank you for your kind words. The portable dowrigger is made by Cannon. Just go to their Cannon Downriggers site, click on manual downriggers and than on the mini-troll. I am sure if you email them they can tell you where you can find them near to where you live...God bless you, Italo

  • on that trip and them 4 other vids when you where in the north western territories what type of portable, manual rigger where you using? do you know where i can get them? great vids, really educational and made me a better angler, thanks

  • @kenlinmills Thank you. I have a feeling that you will have to fish deep for the lakers right now. You can choose to fish the bottom in 50-70' of water, or troll for suspended lakers feeding on schools of lake herring, juvenile whitefish, or baitfish using downriggers or diving devices at the same depths as above, but in deeper water (100-120'). Lucky Strike spoons in the 3" range should work well. Some of my favorite are the Half Wave and Attractor...God bless you, Italo

  • great info thanks!! Going to Ross lake, wa and advise on how to catch the trout up there or what to use?
