What are those two tools called?

What is minimal? It's all relative. Bread and a slice of ham is pretty minimal, but create the bread from raw ingredients. Butcher the pig. Not so minimal. For a car commercial, this is pretty basic. Black and white. Ink and paper. A sketch. Simple. The process to get there maybe not so much. Don't be pretentious nards.

It's reduced. Only a pen, and a fatty marker on white ground. That's it. And that's minimalism.

What does this have to do with minimalism?

I dislike commercials intensly. Take your mini and suck it!

Honestly I really don't think the video itself is minimalism. I agree the idea of a pen and a large marker on white is minimalist. But the video itself is loud, fast, the point of view changing rapidly, swerving and swirling around the dueling writing utensils, who are writing furiously, making loud engine noises. None of that seems like minimalism to me. The video is of minimalistic ideas, the but the video itself isn't minimalism.
