I know this is a stretch but im looking for a song on No Direction Home he only sings it for maybe a few seconds but dylan say's She Blow's and then it fades out..

That song is called "Dink's Song." A good many folks have sung it and I don't know who, if anyone, gets or deserves credit for creating it. It's been around.
