This is the holocaust memorial in Berlin, located at only 200 metres from the Fuehrerbunker and in the heart of the area that Albert Speer wanted to redesign. Formerly part of the death strip of the wall it is also close to the Brandenburg gate and a very short walk from Potsdamer Platz.
There are a number of errors in the museum including:
1. Incorrect measurements of camps
2. Information taken from the Polish IPN alleging dates for atrocities which were not possible as Nazi troops were not in occupation of those localities at the time.
3. Incorrect functioning of gas vans.
4. Mistakes in translation.
5. Incorrectly stating localities, including that of a death camp.

Amongst others. I cannot remember them all now. But I was not impressed. A few errors are acceptable. But this showed shoddiness from professional historians who are getting paid for it. Unlike me.
