IMHO, There is this thing called fate. And if fate is for us to die, then we shall.

But if fate calls for us to live, than nothing can stop us.

Since we don't know our fate, only Allah SWT knows we don't need to fear it and let Allah SWT decide whether it be our time or not. Having said that we do need to act upon it, that's part of our job of being vicegerent(khalifah).

What if per say you have a completely different understanding on the bases of life as you know it and how you live? What if you fully understand and except that there is no such mindless self indulgence as religion and that for there to be such would be total hypocrisy? I for one meditate and see life for what it is, I understand my surrounding's and except that for which I cannot change. What about the rest who cannot? That being the majority leaves us doomed.

@shandytrailers According to our teeth and intestines, our bodies are not designed to eat meat. But I won't talk about it. And of course, I can't tell you or anyone not to eat meat, just be aware of what is pumped into the animals to make them grow prematurely, the same ingredients going into your body will have the same effect. Know what I mean? Do some research.

Actually the whole vegan thing may be true...there are numerous reports regarding aliens telling us that most of the food we eat is poisonous and screws up our spiritual consciousness

I can probably agree on the power vested in us through the Quran (13:31,5:110) be it in the form of our brain/mind to bend light and what have you,but I believe that at the end of it all matters return to Allah SWT,

Eating meat/fish as per my current understanding of the Quran isnt a hindrance to maintain the ability we have. OTOH,our defiance towards Allah's order will hinder our abilities. The way the previous people disallowed things that Allah never did(3:93)

@johanizahri Why don't you simply take this at a different approach. What if without offense to your religion there is no such thing as higher power? There may be an almighty in your eye's but why not try as asked in the video above simply because Allah SWT, God, Buddah and what have you would not be upset with you doing so. Simply give it a try regardless of your religion. Your god would not want you to die without doing everything in your power not to first. This is in your power.

physical or spiritual does not make any difference, at the end.. aren't we in Allah SWT's dominion; and that Allah SWT is in control of everything? are we in control of ourselves? yes, but I believe our domain of control has it's limit.. we can only "borrow" energy from Allah SWT, we can not create our own energy..or can you prove or hint otherwise?

even if we had power that encompasses Allah SWT, what would all the power in the world would help us to accomplish but vanity
