@GREENO1509 Ok first off if you're talking about a UFC fight then yeah face stomping is illegal but he stops when his head is next to the guys foot for demonstration purposes, if he did that as fast as he could that other guy wouldnt have time to react and try to stomp his face and he'd be moving so fast even if the guy lifted his foot up the attacker porforming the armbar would have flipped him over by then.

@ThorinDyer um i mean im no expert by far but i suggest u just practice doing it slower and work on the technique and being able to swing the leg around. as u practice more it will become more natural and u will be able to do it faster and faster with the right technique. =)

@aravis123 I am sorry If I mislead you it is alowed in judo but you have to pull it off perfectly or else the other guy would gain the point.

@19SuperStriker No but If your core is strong enough and depending on the rules you can pick him up and slam him on the ground knocking the breath out of him. I tried it worked but I still lost because they don't allow that in BJJ but it's cool in Judo & MMA.

@GREENO1509 what kind of fight? in mma I'm pretty sure stomping on someones head is illegal... in a street fight why the hell would you try a flying arm bar?
