It is semantically acceptable as far as American English variety is concerned. There's what we call "colloquialism" in actual, everyday usage of a language. "Let's not.." would be the formal grammatical rendition, while "Let's don't.." is informal, dialectal. Both are acceptable, as far as meaning is concerned.
