"Tim" was Johnny's stepson. He was a kid when Johnny married his mother in 1972 and grew up living with his mom and Johnny until they divorced in the early 80's.

A dark time in America. Hey, Pink Floyd (Another Brick in the Wall), The Stones (Miss You), and Blondie (Heart of Glass were cashing in on disco, (or at least the beat).
