It's sad that we have to check out a website like this to try to reconstruct that local flavor that's missing now. I don't know why they don't do it either. There's a HUGE market for it. I imagine it has something to do with computers doing the work for people. Automation is cheaper than hiring creative minds with an individual sense of humor. Too bad.

I feel the same way all the time. Detroit back then was a special place. It's hard to relate to anyone not from that area. People who still live there don't know either. But if you're a music fan or into the "flavor" of local culture, even commercials, etc. Detroit was one of the funnest places to grow up. For me life has gotten a lot more complicated with adulthood, so these memories make me feel rooted. I wish I could go back, but I want THAT Detroit back. I wish I knew you. Take care!

i am in san jose california----I remember casper (both HARVEY TOONS and The New Casper Cartoon show...) but the only thing they showed together was Bugs Bunny & Popeye... Candilicious NOW I REMEMBER "bite off more than you can chew..."

Its sad that TV 50 does not air cartoons on Monday-Friday anymore I mean CW50. ido not know why these tv stations have to go by the brand of their network.I miss those good cartoons during the day
