@TheLightOfDay1 i said it cost him his win not,i didn`t say he didn`t win,but look at Trevor Banye he won the Daytona 500 David Gilland finished third pushing Carl Edwards and Regan finally finally got a top ten and got seventh.

Regan won the race because the rule is f***ing STUPID. Denny won this race for the same reason. Besides, he was already past Newman when he went under the line.
