Organizing the world's artists by nation is irrelevant as genius crops up with genetic regularity regardless of race. Haven't you Germans learned anything from your abject and well-deserved national humiliation?

    But since you have asked, let's start with an American Jew. How about Gershwin's "Rhapsody in Blue" and "American in Paris". "Last Tribune" can't touch these two.
