This is for my angel in Heaven Xavier who was diagnosed with Trisomy 18 (Edwards Syndrome) at 19 weeks gestation. He was born August 12, 2009 at 6:59pm and passed in my arms on August 16, 2009 at 6:16pm. There is never a day to go by where I dont think of him or miss him. Xavier, your big brother, big sister and baby brother will always know about you. We all miss you so much angel. Sleep well peanut....fly high with your precious angel friends! NEVER FORGOTTEN, ALWAYS LOVED!
