A friend wrote me about this song the following lines:

Khulsan tashuur is a song about a beautiful girl, Gunjidmaa, from Arkhangai aimag and a poor guy, Dorlig, who lived near Yargait river in Bulgan. They fell in love and decided to get married. Dorlig was a very good singer and was famous in his province for his singing. He went to China to sell merchandise and while he was there, some men wanted to take his stuff without paying for it. He fought them and was imprisoned for that. Eventually, he escaped, and on the way home, exhausted, he wrote the song Khulsan tashuur. The original text is super long, it includes a stanza written by Gunjidmaa.

I wish I had a bamboo whip (the mongolian horse whip has a wooden handle)
I would hang it from my finger
I wish there was no more punishment
I wish to go back to my home land
