Assassin's Creed 2 HD FULL Walkthrough Guide Part 3 in True 1280x720 HD

This is Part 3 of the FULL walkthrough of Assassin's Creed 2 in TRUE 1280x720 High Definition. This is the best quality that YouTube allows atleast. I am using the PS3 version for the walkthrough. (THERE ARE NO, I REPEAT !NO! SPOILERS IN THE FOLLOWING) The Assassin's Creed 2 storyline tells of a young Florentine nobleman with an eye for getting into trouble named Ezio Auditore da Firenze in rustic 15th century Italy. Although Ezio has an eye for trouble he has morals, and loves and respects his family. Something happens in the game that sets Ezio out for revenge, retribution, and justice. Ezio doesn't start out as a trained, honed, assassin, but that's where you come in now isn't it? ;)

********IMPORTANT NOTE********
In all of my walkthrough video's I will give a brief summary of what takes place. Although I will NEVER GIVE SPOILERS, I will give an extremely brief summary of the highlights of each part of the walkthrough. I don't give spoilers away because I believe some people. . . ACTUALLY DON'T want things ruined for them! Can you believe it (sarcasm)? I will be giving brief non-spoiler highlights though. Just giving everyone this note :)

Part 3 Highlights:
In this part of the game, although you've had "hands on" gameplay with Desomond Miles. . . you truly take the reigns of Ezio, and start to become enthralled in his life and what makes our protagonist tick. This starts from when Rebecca boots Desmond into the Animus and you play as Ezio. You start out getting into mischief, then your brother challenges you to a race.

im confused,im on the race and i started out not knowing what i was doin,and now the brother is way ahead,and when i lose it takes me right bacck to losin,and now hes ahead of me every time ,how do i restart the race

Yeah I was green. . . wet behind the ears. . .a total newb at this point. It was my first couple seconds of playing and I didn't know jack. LoL I just played through for like the 5th time. I countered every single attack and didn't get hit once. That would have been better, heh, but this truly was a 1st playthrough. ;)

@DavidStone13 reset the game, if that doesnt work hold the consoles power button and have a full restart, if those dont work just make a new save data

Ok, I got this game yesterday, having never played number 1 or any of the others, and I am already stuck. I was "racing" my brother when I mis-judged a jump and fell down. I paused the game and quit, as I had to go to work. When I got home, it started me with my brother halfway up the racecourse, with me at the start. Everytime I "lose" or get "de-synced" or whatever, it starts me back with my brother half done the race and me at the start, AGAIN. It is impossible to beat him. What do I do?
