A friend of mine who either is too cheap to use a real machinist or likes the results of the far superior machining abilities of the "mighty Sherline lathe" once again trusts me to modify a part that will go on his flat track bike. A little ribbing going on. I took the tip out of my boring bar and placed it in my lathe tool holder. Seemed to work pretty well. The results werent really worth showing as the I.D. was beat up prior to boring. This is a steel internal bearing spacer for a hub. He actually does very good for an OLD guy. Maybe I will post a pic or 2 of the bike soon. I hope it helps him WIN!
