San Clemente Scooter Club's 4th Annual Balboa Scoot. Nov. 5, 2011. 14 scooters, 1 car, 18 people joined us this year. Beautiful, clear skies today wedged between 2 days of rain. We had our 100th member join today. Welcome Tito! Also 3 riders (Carlos, Jennifer, and Louis) came up from Temecula to join us. BJ's gave us the upstairs room again for our club's use.
