  • Masa con levadura, agua y sal. Consistencia blanda. Cortar bollitos pequeños y dejar leudar al doble de tamaño.

    Carne vacuna molida, condimentada con sal, azúcar, jugo de limón, barat y canela. Tomate y cebollas licuados o molidos. Todo bien mezclado.

    Extender los bollos de masa leudados sobre fuente aceitada. cubrir con la mezcla de carne. Extender bien con la mano.

    La masa debe quedar fina, casi transparente, dejando los bordes algo mas gruesos.

    Cocinar en horno bien caliente hasta dorar
