@elygmz it varies but this species is a moon jelly fish so it lives about a year as medusa.

Sorry for the late :-) Beautiful specimen! Aurelias often "invade" Mediterranean Sea. Love to swim with them it is an incredible show!

HI! I am an Italian Biologist (Physiopathologist). They are Aurelia aurita! Cool! They live in italian seas too. Sometimes, some specimen can have a sort of bioluminescence, like Pelagia noctiluca.
