remeber the police only clean up the mess afterwards...who cares if the cops get better training blah blah blah. The question is how do you change the consciousness of a nation? Canada killing in afghanistan...guatemala creating tens of thousands of street children (20 years ago!!)...mexico....the slums of brazil. People and society fix these problems...not a police force with a nazi goose step.

Shocking! makes me sad to see how incompetent and negligent Guatemalan police is! a corrupt institution! i lived in guatemala for over 10 years and this documentary brings tears to my eyes! impunity has taken over! God bless Guatemala!
