@geosplaylist - it's about their friend, Steve Neale. he died in a car accident on St. Patrick's Day, 2002. His birthday was April 16th (hence 4/16). Zack (the lead singer of this band) was one of his best friends. This band formed in the wreckage of Ink Cartridge Funeral, the band Steve was in with Zack & others in Silent Drive at the time of his death...look them up...i saw them play live and they were awesome. R.I.P. Steve. <3
