If you want to be Lebanese by blood.

If you want to be Lebanese by papers (citizenship) then you are Lebanese but just because you decide to become Lebanese doesnt mean you transform the whole population into Arab. When you come to Lebanon and you become a citizen you become Lebanese not Arab, not Chinese, not German you become Lebanese.
