It actually sounds wayyy better in Italian! And she carries it so well. The tempo helps keep the pitches bright. A lot of versions that are slower that I've heard, the soprano is usually falling off pitch.

How beautifully they worked that together. He's wonderful -- what a beautiful face he has -- and she captured the innocent cruelty of Monica and her fantasy very well. I think she might have lingered on the waltz and shaped it a little at the beginning, but still, very sweet.
