  • this looks gay.

  • @coopsssssss: I dont have the dynamic, so I'm purely speculating, but maybe you are laying back too far? or rushing the recovery? If I was you I'd tape my self and see at what part of the stroke the movement of the seat occurs and go from there

  • i have an erg like this, but whenever i row, the seat moves a lot more than it is shown in this video. it is both irritating and disruptive. how can i stop the seat from moving?

  • this..is..NOT..proper

  • and i thought ergos on sliders were weird... i'm so confused by this.

  • Well, not really perfect, at least from the narrow perspective of a "water" rower assuming you should do like you do in the boat. But maybe -- if you're not biased like me -- erging this way is safer/better for your health!?

  • i want a zootie like that.

  • @GooDog6

Its obvious the seat does not move forward and his leg is doing all the work. Much more like real rowing

  • What is the difference? It looks like his back stays more upright in proper?

Love rowing but just ruptrured a disk on Concept2 during a 2k row.

  • is it just me or does he break his back a little soon
