Hammer!!! hab seit gestern auch mit pitt angefangen. ist schon anstrengend und macht spaß, aber micht stört dass das training selbst dann ganz kurz ist (1xschrägbankdrücken,1xkniebeu
gen,1xüberzüge) und nach jedem training 1-2 tage pause gemacht werden soll :( könnte ich dann eigentlich auch in den tagen wo man pause machen sollte joggen oder bauch trainieren? und kann man bauch auch nach dem pitt-training trainieren? MrBestevideos 1 year ago

heavy is relative.
this is only a shooting and it is a few days before the show and at the end of a regular workout. so it is still a good weight but regular he uses much more weight. peter ist really very strong. look at his clips here at youtube and you will see how much weight he can handle for building mass. bodybuilding is for sure about big weights but it is more about using the right weight for building maximum muscles.
