  • this will be my next phone got the optimus v right now and its a great entry level smart phone....... just got a boner when i looked at this one HDMI out 1 MHz processor and a 5 meg flash camera.... and it is not the honey com 3.0 b.s.!!

  • Are you new to virgin mobile and looking to get this phone???

Would you like to get an hour of FREE talk time?? Well when you sign up for virginmobile use this 'tDQQoeYw' it called a kickback code and it your way of getting FREE talk time hope you join us

  • get 60 minuted free from virgin mobile, when u activated a new phone

    us this code RYF9MHL

  • @Minni583

Yes it has a led flash for the camera, and yes it will support flash video [movie sites, facebook games, etc].

  • BTW, if you do happend to get capped for whatever reason, you'll be back to full speed the following month, so the speed cap isn't permanate, it lasts only for the remainder of that month. Also there is no such thing as unlimited, be it cell phone, or webhosting, or home ISP... they ALL have a data cap of some sorts. It's truly unlimited in the fact that they won't cut-off your internet, just temporarily cap your data speeds. So to those crying "foul!", sorry but it's NOT false advertising.

  • I want to add this, that Virgin Mobile will now be capping 3G "unlimited" to 2.5GB of data per month. This is to deeter the people that have been tathering it to devices such as PC's, Tablets, iPad's etc. After the 2.5GB limit you will be capped to +/- 256kbps (not cut-off: so technically "unlimited"). This is VERY generous considering post paid carriers charge extra for the same amount of GB's and it's included in the price of all VM price plans (the GB cap will be on the older plans as well).

  • The NEW price WONT AFFECT the old customers, only the new ones or if we decide to change plans...

  • @elknightdetuheart once i get this phone i will sell my optimus v for 100

  • thats right. they are.. 35/45/55 i still think it would be better for someone that was on 60 to go to the 55.. save 60 a year. i have been a virgin mobile customer on and off.. since highschool.. only have.. the super slice and flasher V7... super slice is about 3.5 years old.. and still works. i am sure i could sell it..

  • NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

Virgin Mobile is making the Beyond Talk plans $10 more- that's $120 more per year! Now I have to find a way to get grandfathered in. Ugh! Anyone have a spare MobiV phone?

WTF?! We can't post links in the comments?! Shi-ed!

Well, for anyone who wants to read the story go to phonenews
