Thank you! This is very helpful. I have the book, but have some difficulty with the diagram. Seeing it in full motion is a big help. Oddly, I can only do about 15 Hindu Squats right now, but I can do the wall sit for a full minute.
Fat burns equally across the whole body when working out. For example, doing sit-ups doesn't take fat off of the belly more than anywhere else. You may see a localized improvement from better muscle tone, however.
