Ex-Paramore Guitarist Josh Farro Forms Band "Novel American"

Josh Farro left the band Paramore, and missed out at the Grammy's but the guitarist is more unified than ever! Stay tuned for the details.

What's up everyone, I'm Brian Corsetti for ClevverMusic, coming to you from our Hollywood studios.

Josh Farro left Paramore in mid-December with his brother, drummer Zac Farro. They claimed the band's management and label had favored singer Hayley Williams while keeping the other band members "in the dark the whole time."

This didn't stop Josh from rocking out because according to MTV, Farro has formed the group Novel American with singer Van Beasley, drummer Tyler Ward and bassist Ryan Clark. They plan to record their debut EP soon.

On the flip side the band Paramore moves on by recruiting guitarist Justin York and drummer Josh Freese as temporary replacements for their South American tour, which kicks off Feb. 16.

Its not about what the fans want they left for their reasons and were unhappy in Paramore so the left. Hayley Taylor and Jeremy will keep Paramore alive the sound will change. I was a bit sceptical at first but they will make it.

Stop comparing the brothers bands to paramore they are not paramore. And I don't think they will go back because i think more happened between them then we will know and stop bitching about joshs wife. just STFU shit happens

JERKS Half of you are complaining that Hayley's an attention hog and that Paramore will fail without Josh (and Zach). Then we have our other half, saying that Hayley's is the most amazing thing ever, Paramore will be just fine without Josh and Zach and that the two who left are horrible jerks. The truth is, Paramore has felt the loss of those two, but I believe they are rising back up. I give the best to Zach and Josh, but I also look foreward to seeing Paramore continue on.

@htown325 Goodness! Calm down, I said "songs" not music. I know he created Paramore's sound but I was referring to the lyrics. I was only saying he contributed to lyrics somewhat. No need to get angry. Besides, if you looked at my message properly, you'd see that I said he made a lot of Paramore's music/sound. I don't know why you're attacking me when I have said nothing bad about Josh. I'm not saying he WILL be replaced, I'm saying he'll HAVE to be replaced if Paramore want to go on. GEEZ

@JuiceOfTheOrange lol he wrote "SOME" songs? Please, get your facts straight. Josh wrote paramore's music single handedly since day 1. Out of all the songs on the first three albums, Taylor York has only co-written 5. Haha sorry but Josh can't be replaced, you know that "paramore sound"? That's actually the sound of Josh Farro. Without his creativity paramore's music is gonna suffer big time, but i'm guessing you don't care as long as Hayley's singing right?
